Web Design for Growing Businesses
Conversion-focused web design for businesses ready to outgrow their template. Working directly with you — no account managers, no handoffs.
Most businesses do not need a bigger website. They need one that answers the three questions every visitor arrives with: what do you do, is it for someone like me, and what happens next.
That sounds obvious. It is also the thing most template sites get wrong, because a template is designed to look good with any content, which means it is optimised for none of yours.
How I work
I start with your customers, not your homepage. Who is arriving, what were they searching for, and what is the one action worth designing the page around. For a B2B consultancy that might be booking a call. For a hotel it is checking availability. For an e-commerce brand it is getting to a product page in one tap. The layout follows from that decision, not the other way round.
Then wireframes — deliberately ugly, grey boxes only. It is much cheaper to discover a structural problem before anyone has picked a font. Once the structure is agreed, I design in Figma so you see exactly what you are getting, and only then does anything get built.
What you get that a template does not
Content structured around intent. Your services page is organised the way a buyer evaluates, not the way your org chart looks.
Speed as a design constraint. Images sized for the device requesting them, fonts that do not block rendering, no eleven-second hero video. In India a large share of your traffic is on mid-range Android over 4G, and a site that feels fast on office wifi can be unusable there.
A site you own. Your domain, your hosting, your accounts. If we stop working together you lose nothing but my phone number.
Who this is not for
If you need a five-page brochure site and nothing more, a good template will serve you fine and cost less — I would rather tell you that than take the project. This is for businesses where the website is doing commercial work: generating enquiries, qualifying leads, or selling.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a website take?
Three to six weeks for most projects, depending on how many pages and how quickly content and photographs arrive. Content is almost always the bottleneck, not design or development.
Do I need to have my content ready?
No, but the project moves faster if you do. I can work from a rough outline and help shape it, though I do not write full copy unless we agree that up front.
WordPress or Next.js?
WordPress if you want to edit everything yourself and need plugins. Next.js if speed matters and content changes rarely. I will recommend one after the discovery call rather than defaulting to whichever I prefer.
